What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting new product development, manufacturing readiness, and technology transfer.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, processes, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure technical quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to achieve program objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development, or technical program management.
• Knowledge of Design Controls, FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, or similar regulated frameworks.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with manufacturing automation, process development, or equipment validation.
• Proven track record in leading technology transfers and process scale-up.
