What you will do

• Lead complex investigations into violent extremist and threat actor networks to iterate on disruption strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with policy, engineering, and ML/AI teams to develop scalable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze investigative signals to inform threat prioritization and identify gaps in detection capabilities.
• Partner with program managers to improve operational readiness for threat responses.
• Act as a subject matter resource for leadership and external partners, including law enforcement and government agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, investigations, or incident management.
• Deep expertise in at least one extremist or violent threat actor ecosystem.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, case management systems, and machine learning tooling.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex, sensitive topics for non-expert audiences.
• Ability to drive projects to completion in ambiguous, high-change environments.
