What you will do

• Monitor OSINT, dark web forums, and proprietary feeds to identify and evaluate potential cyber threats.
• Review security incidents detected by the MDR service to identify root causes and vulnerabilities exploited in real-world attacks.
• Analyze vulnerability scans to determine critical priorities that require immediate customer attention.
• Produce detailed threat intelligence reports including indicators of compromise (IOCs), TTPs, and mitigation strategies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Phishing and MDR services regarding current and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support client inquiries to improve overall cybersecurity posture.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management.
• Solid knowledge of common cyber threat vectors, tools, and TTPs used by threat actors.
• Ability to perform detailed incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Experience interpreting automated malware analysis sandbox reports.
• Strong technical writing skills for diverse audiences.
