What you will do

• Manage post-award commercial and contract lifecycles for major defence telecommunications contracts.
• Handle contract changes end-to-end, including drafting Change Proposals and ensuring financial and governance compliance.
• Negotiate and agree on contract variations, extensions, and amendments.
• Provide expert commercial advice to internal stakeholders and the customer to support service delivery.
• Maintain rigorous commercial governance by leading and attending joint customer governance meetings.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of contract documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or contract management, ideally in regulated or government environments.
• Expertise in managing contract changes, drafting amendments, and change control processes.
• Strong understanding of contract governance, risk, and issue management.
• Ability to translate complex contractual information into practical stakeholder advice.
• Mandatory: Eligible and willing to hold Security Check (SC) clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Defence, Government, or Telecommunications sectors.
• Background working within matrix organizations across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of commercial risk and value protection in long-term service contracts.
• Existing Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
