Location: London, GB. Hybrid (Company Office and Remote working possible). Ability to travel when required to UK offices, within the UK, and within Europe.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end bid process for complex, high-value UK government tenders, ensuring compliance and alignment with project strategy.
• Conduct pre-sales support, including analysis of customer requirements and mapping them to solution offerings.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from planning and kickoff to securing quality approvals and final documentation.
• Serve as the financial calculation lead, implementing deal-specific price models and performing solution-to-cost analysis.
• Coordinate and lead a diverse international team of over 15 experts across Europe and the UK.
• Prepare and present financial and risk approval slides to the Management Board and shareholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Bid Management.
• Proven experience in Public tenders in the UK is highly required.
• Ability to manage and lead diverse teams across different departments and international locations.
• Strong capacity to synthesize technical information and balance customer needs with internal resources.
• Experience in the security industry.
