What you will do

• Lead designated markets as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and coordination.
• Manage the delivery of print collateral, brochures, and website launches according to agreed timings.
• Coordinate the deployment of translated global assets into local markets to ensure brand consistency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams, regional clients, and external agency partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Senior Project Managers to establish and execute project plans.
• Take full responsibility for quality control (QC) and ensuring all internal and external approval signatures are obtained.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale marketing projects, specifically print collateral, web platforms, and digital interactive tools.
• Proven track record of deploying centralized global assets into regional markets without creating ad-hoc local assets.
• Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and strictly adhere to SLAs and critical paths.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise briefing documents.
• Ability to rapidly develop deep domain knowledge of assigned geographic markets.
• Must be based in London, UK, and able to work from the office on average 4 days a week
