Communication and Change Management Intern (Supply Chain)

TL;DR

Communication and Change Management Intern (Supply Chain): Supporting the Supply Chain Excellence team in driving improvements across supply chain management with an accent on internal communications and stakeholder engagement. Focus on creating newsletters, managing SharePoint sites, and supporting the deployment of best practices and training.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Students from outside the EU must provide a signed NUFFIC agreement.

What you will do

• Enable team communication and knowledge sharing through monthly newsletters, Viva Engage, and SharePoint.
• Support global supply chain Communities of Practice (CoPs) to drive maximum engagement.
• Assist management teams in deploying best practices, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with Business Process Experts (BPE) to set up training and safeguard standard processes.
• Drive collaboration between teams to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Current student in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Must maintain student status throughout the entire 6-month internship.
• High proficiency in English with strong writing skills for interpreting complex information.
• Digital mindset with interest or skill in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Power Automate, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.
