What you will do

• Develop and refine fraud performance metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to measure losses and control effectiveness.
• Build executive-level dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into emerging threats and loss drivers.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify fraud schemes, attack patterns, and systemic vulnerabilities.
• Support high-profile fraud investigations by providing root cause insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to evaluate and drive fraud risk reduction initiatives.
• Apply an attacker mindset to anticipate how fraudsters may bypass controls or evade detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 12+ years of experience (or Advanced degree with 8+ years).
• Extensive experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or financial crimes within banking or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment processing, and digital banking fraud risks.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
