Salary: $100,070 – $157,470 USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurement frameworks.
• Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions to support Wealth Management business objectives.
• Integrate data across multiple enterprise systems to create trusted business insights.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams to improve data quality and governance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong Power BI development experience, including data modeling and visualization.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in large, complex datasets.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments like Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in Wealth Management, Retirement Services, or Asset Management.
• Proficiency in Python for automation or advanced analytics.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
• Professional certifications in Power BI, SQL, or cloud data platforms.
