Member Of Legal, Corporate & Commercial Counsel (Web3)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States). Note: Mandatory in-person onboarding process is required for all new hires.

What you will do

• Own vendor contracts and legal third-party risk management.
• Draft and negotiate commercial, custody, brokerage, and trading contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Develop contract management frameworks, guidelines, and playbooks in collaboration with the Third Party Risk Management team.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to identify and resolve legal issues and structure complex agreements.
• Lead medium-to-large projects independently as a prolific individual contributor.

Requirements

• J.D. degree with a focus on financial services or corporate law.
• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and vendor contracts.
• Foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable US and international laws/regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and strategize growth.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with moderate supervision.
• Must be based in the US to complete the mandatory in-person onboarding process.

• Experience negotiating brokerage or other trading-related agreements.
