Associate Backend Developer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design and build servers for interactive casino games.
• Develop tools, features, and functionality that expand and optimize the proprietary game engine.
• Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Extend the server framework and contribute to game design.
• Work with mathematicians to balance game servers toward precise statistical outcomes.
• Analyze product requirements, provide technical insights, participate in code reviews, and maintain, update, and debug delivered products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Coding experience with at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, unit testing, integration testing, and basic database operations.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills; communications are primarily in English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Experience with the Java Spring Framework.
