• Lead the planning, execution, and growth of multiple business-facing programs and service offerings.
• Oversee post-close Impact Fund servicing, ensuring borrower compliance and program integrity.
• Conduct research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
• Manage entrepreneurship, youth, and small-business development programs through community partnerships.
• Coordinate contributor engagement activities and stewardship processes to advance organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, business services, or community-based initiatives.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing program operations, compliance, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in West Bend, Wisconsin
