What you will do

• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Author detailed product requirements and user stories while collaborating with Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing.
• Drive product positioning and go-to-market strategies to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to enable customer adoption and create training materials.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a strong product-thinking culture across the organization.
• Represent the product as an expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior-level role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Technical background or fluency in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android, Mac OS X, Linux, or Windows Server.
• Completion of Pragmatic Institute training.
• Graduate degree in a related field.
