What you will do

• Build 0-to-1 commercial frameworks and standardized GTM playbooks to accelerate network coverage across North America.
• Model complex partner performance data to drive contract amendments and capture net savings.
• Architect AI-driven workflows and automated solutions using prompt engineering to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams to fast-track GTM initiatives.
• Drive rapid pilots and workflow iterations to improve core partnership metrics, including retention and yield savings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, GTM Operations, or Business Development.
• 3+ years of experience taking supply-side programs from 0 to 1.
• Deep understanding of B2B partnership mechanics, deal structures, and ROI-focused execution.
• Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate raw data into compelling commercial narratives for high-stakes negotiations.
• Must be based in one of the company's hiring states in the US.
