What you will do

• Own the end-to-end program plan, including milestones, dependencies, and risk management across internal and external teams.
• Drive structured weekly check-ins with leads to ensure alignment on integration milestones and resolve issues early.
• Enforce strict handoff standards, ensuring documentation and acceptance criteria are locked before transitions.
• Act as the primary link between engineering, product, and vendor partners, translating technical needs for stakeholders.
• Foster a high-accountability execution culture by proactively identifying blockers and owning follow-through.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to the Bay Area or NYC.
• 5+ years of TPM or program management experience in a technical environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing external vendors or development partners.
• Strong technical depth to understand engineering dependencies and integration risks.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup-like environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer app development or media/entertainment technology.
• Experience managing game SDK or mobile framework integrations.
