What you will do

• Translate detailed technical data into impactful information and compelling reports for partners and clients.
• Review weekly data quality, including cost and cash flow data related to construction programs.
• Create analytic tools and Power BI dashboards to support business functions and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis of variances and trends across global programs in partnership with site teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing data management processes.
• Collaborate with internal programmers to support automation and dashboard development initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of construction project lifecycles.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards specifically for operational or project-based reporting.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Aconex, or CostX.
• Ability to translate raw construction data (cost, schedule, procurement, risk) into clear insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Seattle office (Hybrid).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
