What you will do

• Fully own client relationships, building rapport and executing strategic growth plans against joint business objectives.
• Develop annual budget recommendations and marketing calendars incorporating key drive periods and product launches.
• Create and manage display media strategies with a heavy focus on Amazon DSP to drive client growth.
• Analyze category trends and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports including competitive benchmarking.
• Lead onboarding initiatives, including hands-on campaign setup, tagging strategy, and client training.
• Act as the Amazon DSP subject matter expert, educating internal teams on best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce advertising, marketing, or account management.
• 3+ years of previous client-facing account management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of display media advertising and prior Amazon DSP experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in the LATAM retail media landscape and ability to apply regional insights.
