Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $26.40 - $39.70 per hour

What you will do

• Organize and schedule the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts, reconciliation, and data entry.
• Ensure equipment functionality by enforcing operating instructions and coordinating repairs.
• Supervise drivers and warehouse staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Operate and train staff on heavy equipment including forklifts, balers, and skid loaders.
• Participate in the safety committee and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in safety protocols and workers' compensation regulations.
• Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements if applicable.
• Ability to perform occasional local or regional travel.
