What you will do

• Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
• Route deals through the approval matrix, tracking status to keep cycle times low.
• Act as the first point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process questions for Sales and CSMs.
• Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to execute standard and non-standard deals.
• Support and improve CPQ tooling (DealHub) and associated workflows.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in the Pacific time zone.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
