What you will do

• Reconcile supplier statements and review trial balances to resolve discrepancies such as shortages and chargebacks.
• Foster supplier relationships and provide upper management with data to resolve disputes.
• Process complex invoices involving 3-way matches, EDI, and foreign currency conversions.
• Train and mentor new or less experienced accounts payable representatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and build new process improvement initiatives.
• Run ad-hoc reports and perform system testing for new process changes.

Requirements

• Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and AS400 or comparable systems.
• Strong data entry, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in American Fork, Utah.
