What you will do

• Ship the agent platform to production, including an event-triggered queue, model-agnostic runtime, and complete run logging.
• Own the evaluation layer by building golden suites, behavioral assertions, and CI gates to ensure agent trustworthiness.
• Develop a portfolio of agents for reporting, drafting, linting, and triage across executive and contributor layers.
• Enforce governance in code through risk tiers, least-privilege credentials, and decision audit logs.
• Design human-AI interaction patterns, including interruption budgets and message bundling to optimize adoption.
• Implement platform tooling, including compilers, validators, and pipelines to measure the system's return on investment.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production LLM agent systems with real users and operational history.
• Expertise in designing evaluations using golden sets, behavioral assertions, and judge rubrics.
• Deep experience with API work and authoring MCP servers.
• Ability to own infrastructure end-to-end using Python on GCP with Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong intuition for software-to-human communication and notification design.

Nice to have

• Public contributions to open-source agent frameworks, MCP servers, or agent reliability research.
• Experience with LLM observability, tracing agent runs, and cost instrumentation.
• History of building internal platforms adopted voluntarily by non-engineering users.
