Product Manager, China Semiconductor Intelligence (Semiconductors)

Product Manager (Semiconductors): Managing and developing the China product portfolio and intelligence services with an accent on regulatory compliance and semiconductor market intelligence. Location: Hybrid or remote (Washington, DC preferred). Must be able to provide citizenship or permanent residency information to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Salary: $131,000 – $139,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the Compliance Monitor and other China ecosystem intelligence products on a day-to-day basis.
• Analyze customer experience and product health data to ensure services meet market expectations.
• Research the U.S.-China regulatory environment, including BIS actions, Entity List changes, and export control policy.
• Partner with Engineering to make products AI-native by integrating LLM-based assistants and MCP connectors.
• Define the product roadmap and coordinate all activities required to bring new products to market.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, prospective customers, and government officials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in compliance, regulatory, or data-centric environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Political Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of export control concepts, ECCN classification, and BIS regulations.
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics and the Chinese semiconductor ecosystem.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with BI tools or data visualization platforms.
• Must provide citizenship and/or permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control Law compliance.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant Master's degree.
• Working understanding of AI-native product delivery, including LLM-based assistants.
