What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers overseeing CES and BTI interactions technology.
• Act as the primary product owner, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to synthesize customer pain points into product opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals and expected impact.
• Design, build, and launch MVPs adhering to lean product principles.
• Drive alignment and collaboration among diverse business and technical senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management, including direct people management.
• Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities with the ability to derive actionable recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of lean product principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Must be based in or able to work from Stamford, CT (Hybrid).
