What you will do

• Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in legacy CRM migrations, including data transformation and loading.
• Configure and customize Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and F&O business processes.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 CE and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and operational stability while troubleshooting D365 CE issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Proven experience with D365 CE migration projects.
• Strong expertise configuring and customizing Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and F&O modules.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for D365 CE custom development.
• Practical data migration experience with Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Web APIs, and REST/SOAP integration services.
• Experience with Dataverse/Common Data Service, security models, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Industry experience in the property sector.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 CE, Power Platform, or related areas.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
