Principal EA Engineering Lead (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Applications engineering organization, including Salesforce Development, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
• Act as a player-coach (40-50% hands-on), contributing to architecture reviews, design sessions, and code reviews.
• Define and execute the technical strategy, establishing engineering standards and architecture patterns for the EA portfolio.
• Partner with Product Specialists to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own the production support model, managing incident triage, escalation procedures, and SLAs.
• Champion platform modernization via AI-assisted software development and modern SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Recognized senior technical leadership experience within Enterprise Applications.
• Deep expertise in leading Salesforce and DealCloud implementations and platform extensions.
• Ability to balance strategic organizational leadership with active, hands-on technical problem solving.
• Experience establishing modern SDLC practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
• Must be based in the United States.
