What you will do

• Lead business development strategy across user growth, monetization, and platform expansion.
• Partner with Product teams to launch and scale major business lines via strategic partnerships.
• Own revenue targets and measure the impact of deepening integrations across the product stack.
• Map the competitive landscape and build actionable market intelligence.
• Manage the M&A pipeline end-to-end, including sourcing, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration.
• Deliver execution-ready strategic recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategy.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto and fintech ecosystems, with a strong network in Solana and beyond.
• Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and product direction.
• Meaningful experience in executing complex partnership and M&A transactions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing, and Finance.
• Must be based in the United States.
