What you will do

• Define and execute the product design vision aligned with user needs, business objectives, and product strategy.
• Lead end-to-end design for new features: research, discovery, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and iterative improvements.
• Design UX for complex technical domains (platform engineering, infrastructure automation, permissions, configuration workflows, lifecycle management).
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, usability, and future growth.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency, documentation, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to validate solutions and ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• Location: based in the United Kingdom
• 10+ years of product design experience, including leadership or senior ownership of complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing technical platforms (developer tools, SaaS, cloud platforms, DevOps/infrastructure software).
• Strong expertise in UX architecture, interaction design, visual design, and design systems (portfolio required).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate on implementation decisions.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience with developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, DevOps ecosystems, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
