Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO) - 3 days in-office, 2 days flexible

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead the design and enhancement of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Optimize benefits technology and digital employee experiences using Workday.
• Manage strategic partnerships with global brokers, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance and mitigate operational risks across jurisdictions.
• Provide executive-level analytics and financial forecasting for benefit expenditures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading benefits programs, with significant multinational/global experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record of designing benefit strategies across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large benefits budgets and cost analyses.
• Experience with Workday and global benefits administration systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
