Director, Global Benefits (Global)

Location: Denver, Colorado with 3 days in-office and 2 flexible days, or remote within the United States

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy covering health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave, and ancillary programs.
• Lead benefits administration, governance, compliance, enrollment, eligibility management, and employee support across multiple regions.
• Optimize Workday, benefits technology, self-service capabilities, and digital employee experiences.
• Manage global brokers, consultants, administrators, and vendors through negotiations, service-level agreements, audits, and performance reviews.
• Develop benefits analytics, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to guide financial and workforce decisions.
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and regional teams on international expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and benefits integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits leadership experience, including significant multinational or global benefits experience.
• Experience designing and implementing benefits strategies across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, leave administration, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, brokers, budgets, forecasting, cost analyses, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Experience with Workday or global benefits administration systems is preferred; domestic and international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CEBS, CBP, or another relevant benefits certification.
