What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone and email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to identify issues.
• Guide clients through step-by-step problem-solving processes.
• Document all events, problems, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide accurate information regarding IT products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Conway, Arkansas.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous help desk experience.
• Currently pursuing or have earned an undergraduate/graduate degree in Information Technology.
