What you will do

• Provide remote IT support for staff and executives, delivering timely technical solutions.
• Monitor and resolve support requests via the internal ticketing system, escalating where necessary.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, EntraID, and Teams Voice.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to encryption tools, endpoint management, and application access.
• Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical after-hours IT issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a support technician role with both on-site and remote responsibilities.
• Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Experience supporting and administering Five9.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android.
• Must be based in the US to comply with company policies and HIPAA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of servers, storage systems, networks, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune (MDM/RMM).
• Microsoft 365 Certification.
• Experience with command-line tools.
• Background in customer service or hospitality.
