What you will do

  • Provide best-in-class technical support and customer service for employees.
  • Manage laptop deployment for onboarding and refresh cycles.
  • Handle ticketing, account management, and problem escalation.
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory and support conference room technology.
  • Optimize daily workflows by leveraging AI tools.
  • Participate in deployment, security projects, and the IT Support on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting Apple devices such as MacBooks and iPads.
  • Familiarity with G Suite and other common SaaS applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in Paris, France to support the hybrid office model.
