What you will do

• Coordinate the full candidate journey from initial contact through relocation and settlement.
• Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal guides, and candidate resources.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate immigration, licensure, and transition to employment.
• Deliver candidate information sessions and webinars to support recruitment and relocation pathways.
• Support recruitment events, university roadshows, and hiring campaigns to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in domestic and international recruitment, including relocation and immigration support.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment systems such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Proven ability to develop process documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading webinars and candidate-facing sessions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and available for domestic and international travel.
