Okta Auth0 Architect (IAM)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Okta solutions.
• Design end-to-end IAM architectures including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
• Architect SSO, MFA, passwordless, and adaptive authentication solutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and deliver Proofs of Concepts (POCs).
• Lead integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Proven experience architecting and implementing Okta solutions at enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and API security.
• Hands-on experience with Okta APIs, Workflows, and automation.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Nice to have

• Okta Certified Professional or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with identity governance (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of broader IAM technologies like SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
