What you will do
- Develop an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform leveraging the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore ecosystem.
- Implement hybrid knowledge base integration and Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway development.
- Orchestrate agentic skills using the Strands Python framework for operations management and data analysis.
- Build a dual-layer security architecture with human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact changes.
- Maintain a serverless, multi-tenant architecture using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
- Ensure operational observability and security guardrails for 50,000+ daily interactions.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components (Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, Observability).
- Proficiency in Python development with AI/ML frameworks such as Strands or LangChain.
- Expertise in Vector databases and RAG architectures (e.g., OpenSearch, Pinecone).
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API gateway integration.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Must be based in Brazil or Colombia.
Nice to have
- Implementation of LLM security and guardrails (prompt injection prevention, content filtering).
- Experience with multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns and QA pipelines.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time telemetry processing.
- Skill in foundation model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization.
