What you will do

• Design and refine platform configurations tailored to customer customs and trade operational workflows.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead technical discovery and scoping for growth opportunities to increase ARR.
• Develop and deliver platform training, onboarding sessions, and technical collateral.
• Own technical escalations end-to-end, from root cause isolation to customer resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6–10 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, TAM, or similar).
• Proven track record of owning technical escalations and coordinating across Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to engineers and business impacts to executives.
• Experience delivering technical training or enablement to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or trade compliance.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products and managing expectations for model-driven output.
• Experience building new functions, playbooks, or processes from scratch.
