What you will do

• Guide clients through the technical implementation of APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, including environment configuration and data validation.
• Act as the primary post-sale technical resource to resolve customer issues and recommend best practices for data utilization.
• Lead kickoff meetings and host ongoing technical working sessions to ensure effective solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to monitor client health and identify risks to support renewals and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, or client-facing roles.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.
• Must be based in or near Boston, Massachusetts to accommodate periodic in-person meetings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) tools and interest in AI-driven workflows.
