What you will do

• Manage end-to-end licensing compliance, including state and federal license submissions and renewals.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for facility licenses and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory updates from agencies like FDA and DEA to assess operational impact.
• Integrate regulatory changes into SOPs and business processes.
• Conduct risk-based due diligence on customers handling controlled substances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support suspicious order monitoring and compliance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• FL or CA Designated Representative license.
• Basic knowledge of Suspicious Order Monitoring systems.
