What you will do

• Oversee initial applications, renewals, and maintenance of healthcare professional licenses across all U.S. jurisdictions.
• Manage health plan credentialing processes, including maintaining CAQH profiles and tracking payer requests.
• Maintain centralized databases in Salesforce to track licensing requirements, RX authorizations, and CME credits.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve regulatory inquiries and conduct documentation audits.
• Analyze credentialing data to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize licensure geography.
• Support and establish collaboration and supervision agreements for incoming clinical providers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• 2+ years of healthcare licensing and credentialing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and credentialing databases.
• Proven ability to engage providers at all levels including CMOs and Medical Directors.
• Strong understanding of state and federal telemedicine regulatory landscapes.
