Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide real-time support for anomaly events across the lunar network and troubleshoot issues with customer engineering teams.
• Execute face-to-face customer testing of baseband RF communications and network interfaces.
• Onboard customers to the hirify.global lunar network by deploying configurations and performing end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with global technical and program teams to design and implement long-term solutions for space-ground communications.
• Support the overall lunar engineering team in the build-up and deployment of lunar products and systems.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident eligible to maintain a US DoD SECRET Clearance.
• 7+ years of SATCOM experience developing, deploying, and/or testing space-to-ground RF systems.
• Deep technical competency in RF communication systems, including modulation/demodulation and front-end data processing.
• Experience in real-time operations support and troubleshooting of customer issues in complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with digitizers, down/upconverters, software modems, and spectrum analyzers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, CS, or Aerospace).

Nice to have

• Experience with space data standards such as CCSDS and DVB-S2.
• Knowledge of spread-spectrum, ranging, and Doppler measurements.
• Experience deploying networked systems to transport digital IF over IP.
• Proficiency in Linux CLI and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures for digital signal processing and RESTful API development.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
