Salary: $121,000 - $177,100 (California range)

What you will do

• Develop and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Lead Models-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts to define system baselines.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers regarding space system design and testing.
• Perform systems engineering functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification.
• Analyze technical problems and collaborate with government stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Coordinate technical changes across large stakeholder groups through formal review boards.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience in large-scale systems engineering and integration programs.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in the development of technical specifications and CONOPS.
• Experience with systems engineering standards such as IEEE 15288.1/2.

Nice to have

• Experience with space-based remote sensing systems (e.g., SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR).
• Proficiency in MBSE tools like SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/5000.02 and Agile methodologies.
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
• TS/SCI clearance.
