What you will do

• Define functional requirements, business rules, and user stories for configurable furniture products and digital specification tools.
• Translate product engineering, planning guides, and manufacturing constraints into technical requirements for software development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Catalog, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define configuration behavior and validation rules to support new product launches.
• Perform acceptance testing to validate implemented functionality.
• Drive improvements in designer experience and simplify configuration within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, engineering, or product development.
• Experience translating business needs into functional software requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Holland, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Experience with configurable products, commercial furniture, CAD/BIM, or CET design technologies.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
