What you will do

• Work on-site in Houston from September 21st to November 13th, 2026, Monday through Friday.
• Identify and make referrals for work-life, financial, legal, and basic needs support (housing, food, transportation).
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to link employees to local and national resources.
• Collaborate with internal care teams to facilitate emergency funding and resource referrals.
• Guide employees through mental health treatment options, onsite coaches, and workplace benefits.
• Document and track metrics regarding reason for involvement, demographics, and referral success rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Experience in the social work industry working with diverse populations and backgrounds.
• Deep knowledge of connecting individuals to local and national resources.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and solve workplace challenges creatively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment.
