Senior Fullstack Engineer (Ads)

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $196,000 – $220,500

What you will do

• Develop new ads products from backend to frontend that provide direct value to users through rewards.
• Build a platform enabling advertisers and operations teams to efficiently manage ad campaigns.
• Execute architectural improvements to ensure long-term maintenance and reliability of systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
• Utilize analytics and experimentation frameworks to optimize ad product performance.

Requirements

• Must reside in or be able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• 4+ years of professional experience working with similar technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Python (or equivalents).
• Proven experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong attention to detail and a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native and Mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with experimentation tooling and data analysis.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Passion for the Discord platform.
