What you will do

• Design and build high-quality frontend experiences for the VaiDA enterprise AI platform and related AI-driven workflows.
• Lead the UX engineering strategy and frontend architecture for VaiDA.
• Own interaction design and prototyping for user journeys and multi-agent experiences.
• Create workflow visualizations to improve usability, clarity, and user confidence.
• Develop reusable UI patterns, components, and design standards for enterprise-scale applications.
• Mentor engineers and influence UX engineering best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in frontend, product design, or UX engineering roles.
• Track record of building polished, user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma for prototyping and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate frontend prototyping and development.
• Familiarity with design systems governance and frontend architecture at scale.
• Understanding of product strategy and user research methods.
