What you will do

• Develop and scale a centralized React-based component library and design system.
• Translate Figma designs and design tokens into reusable, interactive, pixel-perfect web components.
• Partner with and mentor engineers across 8+ product teams to drive design-system adoption and UI best practices.
• Implement WCAG and ARIA accessibility standards across shared components.
• Build unit and visual regression tests, improve rendering performance, and maintain component documentation in Storybook.
• Integrate the design system with the microfrontend architecture and contribute to frontend tooling and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant front-end web development experience with a strong UI/UX focus.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern styling solutions such as CSS-in-JS or CSS Modules.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems, component libraries, or comprehensive UI frameworks.
• Deep experience with component-driven development and Storybook.
• Practical knowledge of ARIA, WCAG, design tokens, typography, layout systems, and responsive design.
• Degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related technical or design field.
