What you will do

• Ship product launch and evergreen marketing pages from Figma handoff to production.
• Maintain and extend the brand design system and component library to ensure consistency.
• Partner with growth teams to run A/B tests on landing pages and iterate based on performance data.
• Migrate content collections to Sanity and model schemas for non-technical team members.
• Improve internal tooling, CMS workflows, and SEO implementation to increase team velocity.
• Collaborate with brand designers to build interactive, engaging web experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, preferably in growth or marketing contexts.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
• Proven ability to maintain reusable component libraries with high attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous work on marketing sites and design-focused engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with design and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and structured data.
• Experience with web animation libraries like GSAP or Motion.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Sanity or Contentful.
