What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and hardware peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Respond to technical support tickets and collaborate with IT teams for escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.

Requirements

• Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Security Clearance (interim acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs.
• Ability to work on-site at Peterson Space Force Base.
