What you will do

• Lead, develop, and support security team members to meet Global Protection Department goals.
• Partner with Security Managers to protect company assets, employees, and clients.
• Act as the location's subject matter expert for all security-related business needs.
• Mentor and coach the security team to ensure a positive and premium client experience.
• Collaborate with the retail store team to maintain high levels of safety, profitability, and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security leadership or loss prevention.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada
