What you will do

• Implement asset protection initiatives and shortage reduction programs across 5-10 assigned store locations.
• Conduct internal investigations regarding inventory, cash loss, and policy violations.
• Perform operational audits focusing on stockroom organization, health and safety, and HR compliance.
• Monitor systems and conduct surveillance to identify and investigate associate dishonesty.
• Facilitate supply chain investigations and monitor inbound carton loss.
• Partner with law enforcement and mall security to resolve organized retail crime incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or loss prevention.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends as required by retail business needs.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation for routine travel to stores.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and liaison duties.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree.
• Multi-location asset protection experience.
