What you will do

• Develop and maintain engineering products including work packages, procedures, and test plans.
• Support pre-test, test, and post-test activities such as pathfinding and configuration coordination.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and safety stakeholders to execute assigned work.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical, schedule, and integration issues.
• Assist in growing team capabilities regarding operational staffing, certification, and mission readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, thermal, pressure systems, or mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required.
• Experience supporting complex aerospace, flight hardware, or system integration activities.
• Experience developing engineering documentation and readiness products.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with NASA or human spaceflight project engineering processes.
• Familiarity with hardware handling, GSE, and environmental test campaigns.
• Experience with operations concept development or console operations.
• Knowledge of configuration-controlled environments.
